Whether you are looking for a self catering holiday location or a short or midweek break this area of West Sussex offers a fantasic variety of visits and recreational activities. The South Downs National Park is a unique area for scenery and wildlife and is popular for walking and cycling, whilst Chichester itself is a pretty and bustling market town which is renowned for it's fine cathedral, Pallant House Art Gallery and of course the Chichester Festival Theatre.
Goodwood Revival
North Mundham House Holiday Cottages are close to the coast and Chichester Harbour and are conveniently located for attending all the great events whichare hosted there throughout the year, including the Festival of Speed, The Goodwood Revival and the Glorious Goodwood race meeting.
If you like walking then Pagham harbour nature reserve is close at hand as is the newly designated South Downs National Park.
A visit to the magical yew forest in Kingley Vale is recommended. Situated on the South Downs overlooking Chichester, the spectacular view to the coast from the top of Bow Hill is not to be missed.
The area also has a great variety of places to eat and drink, from cosy downland village pubs to nationally recognised a la carte resturants.
