Nestling within the grounds of North Mundham House and with its own private driveway, this completely refurbished luxury detached self catered cottage benefits from a shared tennis court and shared outdoor heated swimming pool. Along a quiet lane, it is adjacent to another holiday cottage, and only 4 miles from the beach.

The Cottage has a well equipped open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, opening on to the dining area which has a table with seating for at least 6 people. A small utility room houses the washing machine and drier.
From the kitchen 4 steps lead up to a spacious living room with wood burning stove and bi-folding doors which open on to the courtyard with it's swimming pool and adjacent tennis court. There is also a patio table with 6 reclining chairs, for the use of cottage residents.
The Master Bedroom is located on the ground floor. It has a double bed which converts to 2 single beds and an en-suite shower room & toilet which may also be accessed from the pool side if required. There is also a second family shower room and toilet located on the ground floor.
Open-tread stairs lead up from the sitting area to the first floor twin bedroom which has an additional Z-bed if required.
The Cottage has access to a large lawned area. Off road parking is provided.
Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage.
