The Studio is accessed via a shared private driveway and benefits from having access to the adjacent tennis court and outdoor heated swimming pool. The accommodation was purpose built in 2010 and offers comfortable and well appointed luxury self-catering holiday accommodation.

The Studio is open plan. Downstairs there is a well equipped kitchen and an airy sitting area with a dining table and chairs. This room has bi folding doors which open onto a private patio area.

The toilet and shower room are located on the ground floor and open-tread stairs lead up from the sitting area to a mezzanine floor where the double bedroom is located.

There is also a sofa bed in the sittingroom if a further bed is required.

The Studio has access to a large lawned area and a single parking space is reserved for studio guests.

Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage.

If you wish to book The Cottage and The Studio together please fill in a form for each property and tick the relevent box on both forms. We will then reimburse 10% of the cost, either by cheque or by direct transfer if you enclose your bank details.
